Her kommer en enkel oppskrift på en lavkarbovennlig kakao.

Du trenger:

  • 3 dl vann
  • 1 ss kokosolje
  • 2-3 ss rå kakao
  • 1 ts rå vanilje
  • 1/2 ts himalayasalt
  • 1 ss meierismør, helst økologisk
  • 2-3 sukrinmelis eller annen lav GI søtning
  • 1 dl remfløte

Dette gjør du:

Kok opp vannet og tilsett kokosolje og smør. Skru av varmen og la det kjøle seg litt ned. Tilsett kakao, vanilje og sukrnmelis. Rør godt. Pisk krem av fløten og serveér med krem og vanilje på toppen.

Denne oppskriften er økologisk, rå, glutenfri, lavkarbo og uten rafinert sukker. Vil du lage en vegansk versjon av denne kakaoen kan du kutte ut smøret og lage kokoskrem i stedet for vanlig krem.

Himalayasalt inneholder 48 ulike mineraler og sporstoffer som er sammensatt på en svært obserberende måte som kroppen lett tar opp. Himalayasalt er ikke behandlet og inneholder ingen tilsetningsstoffer eller blekemiddel. Grunnet sitt høye inhold av mineraler virker himalayasalt balanserende på kroppens elektrolytter. Dette reduserer tretthet og gjør deg mer utholdende når du trener.
Kokosolje lagres ikke som kropsfett, men brukes av kroppen for å produsere energi. De mellomlane fettsyrene i kokosolje hjelper stoffskiftet å forbrenne flere kalorier. Kokosolje bidrar til å senke det farlige kolesterolet. Som om ikke det var nok, bidrar kokosolje til å redusere slitasje på fordøyelsessystemet, beskytte kroppen mot infeksjoner og demper bakterier i mage og tarm. Rå kakaohar et ekstremt høyt inhold av ulike antioksidanter og mineraler som blandt annet styrker immunforsvaret og forebygger kreft, virker antistressende , hjelper mot tretthet og gir ekstra energi, reduserer søtsuget og bidrar til vektkontroll, forebygger hjerneslag, alzheimers, parkinson og diabetes type 2.
Smør og kremfløte er først og fremst ingredienser uten karbohydrater som bidrar til å gi fylde og god smak til oppskriften, men de inneholder alikevel gode proteiner og fettsyrer.

Du kan lage denne oppskriften uten kokosolje, men du kan også finne billig kokosolje på invanderbutikker. Du kan bruke vanlig bakekakao i stedet for rå kakao, vaniljesukker i stedet for rå vanilje og sukrinmelis og vanlig salt i stedet for himalayasalt. Du vil ikke få like mange helsefordeler med denne oppskriften, men er du forsiktig med vaniljesukkeret er den fortsatt valkarbovennlig.
